Karen Ledom

Karen has been a staff member at KU for 36 years, including 31 years with the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.  She works closely with policy and governance matters, both at the College and University levels, assisting students, faculty and staff with a variety of needs.

Karen leads a team of 12 highly experienced and dedicated individuals in support of undergraduate students in the College, providing a full range of services and implementing initiatives to ensure their success.

Her favorite part of her job is working to find ways to help every student succeed at KU, while encouraging them to take full advantage of all of the exciting things the College has to offer.
